- Introduction
- ============
-
- This was the demonstration program entered by Gerbilsoft into the UK's
- first demo party, called Revelation 97. It took place on 5th July 1997 in
- Welwyn Garden City as a part of the Acorn Southeast show.
-
- Unfortunately, even though the demo was good, it wasn't quite good enough
- to reach first place, which was clinched by a fairly new group called
- the 'Nutters'.
-
- This program was originally made to demonstrate the power of an
- Acorn RISC machine, equipped with a StrongARM™ processor. However,
- it should run on anything from an ARM2.
-
- The main idea behind the demo, was of course to advertise and promote
- Digital Databank BBS. It tries to show the many facilities of the BBS,
- in an interesting and entertaining way! Some of the ideas involved in
- the demo are quite wacky and unique!
